A $28 million affordable housing apartment project is set to commence construction in March on Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Voorhees. This development, located at 1223 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, will consist of 81 units spread across nine buildings. According to Nicholas Cangelosi, Senior Vice President at The Michaels Organization, a Camden-based developer, the project is anticipated to be completed within 12 to 14 months. Situated between Northgate and Southgate drives, the site is positioned across Haddonfield-Berlin Road from the TRI Borough Sand and Stone quarry.
