Officials argue that the course, constructed by enthusiasts, violates the land’s deed terms, and assert that the Township is in default on loans utilized for open space acquisition. According to Stephen J. Steglik, Voorhees Township administrator, a recent communication from the state proposed a mediation plan that would significantly alter the disc golf course, reducing it to the minimum allowable size.
