Developers buy 157-acre South Jersey farm, plan largest industrial warehouse in state

Arbok Partners and Core5 Industrial Partners have closed on the purchase of a 157-acre site in Carneys Point, New Jersey, with plans to build a 1.75 million-square-foot warehouse, adding to the ongoing industrial development push in the area.

The Kelly family sold the Kelly Farm South site at 1179 Courses Landing Road, which sits along Route 40, a couple miles east of Amazon’s 1.25 million-square-foot warehouse, Trek Bicycles’ 400,000-square-foot warehouse and a warehouse for Omni Logistics.
