The proposed site will be located along Route 541 at the Irick Road intersection, directly across from the Towne Crossing shopping center, which features The Home Depot, Kohl’s, Target, IHOP, TGI Fridays, and more.

Nearby is the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 5, and part of the new center will be situated in front of a large solar panel field.
